First CH合同会社（以下「当社」）は、カウントダウンアプリ「CountGrid」（Webサイト版・ Android版・iOS版を含みます。以下「本アプリ」）における利用者の情報の取り扱いについて、以下のとおり定めます。

1. 基本方針

本アプリは、利用者のアカウント登録を求めず、カウントダウンの内容やカレンダーから読み取った予定を当社のサーバーへ送信しません。これらのデータは利用者の端末内にのみ保存されます。当社は本アプリを通じて、利用者個人を特定できる情報を収集しません。

2. 端末内に保存される情報

以下の情報は、利用者の端末内（ブラウザの IndexedDB、および Android のアプリ内ストレージ）にのみ保存されます。当社はこれらにアクセスできません。

カウントダウンの内容（名称、目標日時、色、文字サイズ、並び順）
アプリの設定（言語、レイアウト、背景色、ダークモード、アラーム音と音量）
カレンダーから取り込んだ項目については、元の予定を識別するためのID （日付の変更に追随するために使用します）

アプリを削除すると、これらのデータも端末から削除されます。当社にバックアップは残らないため、必要な場合は本アプリのエクスポート機能でファイルとして保存してください。

3. カレンダーへのアクセス

本アプリは、利用者が許可した場合に限り、端末のカレンダーを読み取り専用で参照し、カウントダウンの候補を提示します。

書き込みは行いません。本アプリはカレンダーへの書き込み権限を要求せず、予定の作成・変更・削除を行いません。
読み取った予定の情報は端末の外に送信されません。当社サーバーにも第三者にも送信されません。
読み取るのは、候補の表示に必要な範囲（予定の名称、開始日時、終日かどうか、予定のID）に限られます。
この権限は必須ではありません。許可しない場合でも、手入力によって本アプリのすべての機能をご利用いただけます。許可は端末の設定からいつでも取り消せます。

4. 通知

利用者が許可した場合、カウントダウンの終了時に端末内で通知を表示します。通知は端末内で生成されるものであり、当社のサーバーを経由しません（プッシュ通知は使用していません）。

5. 広告について

本アプリは広告を表示しません。広告SDKを組み込んでおらず、広告ID（Advertising ID）の取得も行いません。

6. アクセス解析

iOS / Android のアプリでは、アクセス解析を一切行いません。Google アナリティクス（GA4）はアプリのビルドから除外されており、アプリから当社および Google へ送信されるデータはありません（2026年8月19日〜）。
以下はウェブサイト版（ブラウザで利用する場合）にのみ当てはまります。当社はウェブサイト版の利用状況を把握し改善するために Google アナリティクス（GA4）を利用しています。これにより、画面の表示回数、おおよその地域、および機能の利用状況を示す件数（ホーム画面に設置されたウィジェットの個数、カレンダーから取り込んだ件数、カレンダー権限を許可したかどうか）といった統計的な利用情報が Google LLC に送信されます。

送信されるのは件数などの数値のみです。氏名・メールアドレス等の個人を特定する情報や、カウントダウンの名称・日付、カレンダーの予定の内容は一切含まれません。

7. 児童のプライバシー

本アプリは児童を主な対象としたものではなく、児童から意図的に個人情報を収集することはありません。

8. データの削除

当社は利用者の個人情報を保持していないため、削除のご依頼をお受けする対象がありません。端末内のデータは、本アプリ内で各カウントダウンを削除するか、アプリ（またはブラウザのサイトデータ）を削除することで消去できます。

9. 本ポリシーの変更

本ポリシーを変更する場合は、本ページに変更後の内容と最終更新日を掲載します。

This policy describes how First CH LLC ("we") handles information in the countdown app CountGrid (web, Android and iOS versions).

1. Summary

CountGrid does not require an account, and never sends your countdowns or your calendar events to our servers. That data stays on your device. We do not collect personally identifiable information through the app.

2. Data stored on your device

The following is stored only on your device (browser IndexedDB and Android app storage). We cannot access it.

Countdowns (title, target date and time, color, font size, order)
App settings (language, layout, background color, dark mode, alarm sound and volume)
For items imported from your calendar, the source event ID, used to keep the countdown in sync when the event date changes

Deleting the app deletes this data. We hold no backup, so please use the app's export feature if you want to keep a copy.

3. Calendar access

With your permission, CountGrid reads your device calendar in read-only mode to suggest countdowns.

We never write to your calendar. The app does not request write permission and never creates, edits or deletes events.
Calendar data never leaves your device — not to our servers, and not to any third party.
We read only what is needed to show suggestions: event title, start date and time, all-day flag, and event ID.
This permission is optional. Every feature works with manual entry if you decline, and you can revoke it any time in device settings.

4. Notifications

With your permission, the app shows a local notification when a countdown ends. Notifications are generated on your device and do not pass through our servers (we do not use push notifications).

5. Advertising

CountGrid shows no ads. No advertising SDK is bundled, and we do not access the Advertising ID.

6. Analytics

The iOS and Android apps do not perform any analytics. Google Analytics (GA4) is excluded from the app builds, so the apps send no data to us or to Google (effective 19 Aug 2026).
The following applies to the website version only. We use Google Analytics (GA4) to understand and improve how the website is used. This sends aggregate usage information to Google LLC: screen views, approximate region, and feature usage counts (how many widgets are placed on your home screen, how many items you imported from your calendar, and whether calendar permission was granted).

Only counts are sent. No personally identifying information is included, and your countdown titles and dates, and the contents of your calendar events, are never included. See the Google Privacy Policy.

7. Children's privacy

CountGrid is not directed primarily at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

8. Data deletion

Because we hold no personal data, there is nothing for us to delete on request. You can erase on-device data by deleting individual countdowns in the app, or by uninstalling the app (or clearing site data in your browser).

9. Changes

If this policy changes, we will post the updated version and its date on this page.
